The important geopolitical changes took place in our world in 1990's. Breakdown of the USSR and ulterior reinforcement of the Russia' foreign policy in the East direction in 1990's led to the growth of geopolitical role of Iran that became an important factor of its development in that period. These questions fell one of the main subjects in some articles of the above mentioned collection.
Iranian leadership tries to find the possibilities for Iran' development in the frames of existing tendencies in the world but on the national base, in the scope of persisting political system. Iran is trying to find its own way of development, so called "Iranian capitalism", which may give an opportunity to take into consideration national and simultaneously religious traditions of Iranian society.
